Tomorrow Night it's Osso Buco Milanese!

Stay tuned! I just got the most amazing recipe from my parents tonight! I walked into their house this afternoon and nearly had an out of body experience as the divine scent from their kitchen wafted over to me in the hallway. Curiously, I made my way over to their stove. I spied with my little eye TWO big cauldrons on the stove-top! One had Osso Buco in it, and the the other- Saffron Rissoto! OMG! WHAT?!
